InBridge4EU contributions presented at EURODYN 2026

October 1, 2026

Researchers from the InBridge4EU project delivered three presentations at EURODYN 2026 (the 13th International Conference on Structural Dynamics) held from 27 September to 1 October in Hannover, Germany. The contributions were presented within the mini-symposium Dynamics of Railway Infrastructures, highlighting research aimed at improving the analysis and dynamic performance of railway bridges.

Emma Moliner (UJI) presented “Assessing Railway Vibrations in Partially-Embedded Structures”, while Lola Martínez-Rodrigo (UJI) provided an overview of the project’s achievements in “InBridge4EU project main contributions to railway bridge interoperability in the EU”. Pedro Galvín (UdS) also presented “Dynamic Analysis of Railway Bridges Using Time-Discrete Sinc Interpolation”.

The mini-symposium was co-organised by InBridge4EU researchers Pedro Montenegro (UPORTO), Andreas Andersson (KTH) and Lola Martínez-Rodrigo (UJI), together with Diogo Ribeiro. The session provided a forum for discussing recent advances in the modelling, assessment and dynamic behaviour of railway infrastructure.

Through these contributions, InBridge4EU continues to share its results with the international structural dynamics community and support the development of more reliable and interoperable European railway infrastructure.
