The InBridge4EU kickoff meeting took place in Porto, Portugal, this October 9th. Participants of the 11 partner organizations, as well as representatives from Europe’s Rail, ERA and CEN, met at FEUP to discuss management and technical aspects.
This event marks the begining of a three year long project with six distinct work packages. The project coordinator, Pedro Montenegro (FEUP), higlights the partners’ scientific and technical backgrounds as a key to success, adding that the “early connection with regulatory bodies is paramount for improving standards”.
The partners will meet again in six months for the first mid-term meeting.
